Thought we should give our noisy neighbours a plug on the last few days of their rather fantastic Arts Festival. Everyone should try to get over to catch some of it. Plenty for everyone.

Highlights this weekend are a tour of the Tors and the lantern procession, although I'm certainly tempted by the exploding custard and I'm sadly working during the guided walk on Sunday, that prevents/helps you picking mushrooms that poison you or others.

Hi Nev

Yes-I do know that a few organisers of the new Whaley November fireworks event (Friday 2nd) will be there to learn as New Mills and the Buxton Winter event have been the inspiration for Whaley's very own lantern parade.

Cheers
