Good Evening Did anyone see Antiques Road Trip -I have been unable to post a link to the BBC I player here but it was on today and featured that little antique shop on Market Street. The program certainly showed Whaley Bridge to be a pleasant place and the owner was handled the presenter very well. I wonder if anyone knows what church the "poor box" came from. I noticed he also had a box from Taxal Church for sale. Matt |

I did see Antiques Road Trip which if you ignore the weather was a very good advertisement for Whaley Bridge.
For those who missed it, local entrepreneurs Paul and Chris (sorry Damian) can be seen in action here until 11 November:
