I hope you don't mind me posting this here. My name's Heather, I'm an archivist for the Canal and River Trust working on collating the archive of Bugsworth Basin.  Another part of my project is to collect people's oral histories about Bugsworth Basin.  We would like to know about what people remember of its restoration, any stories they can tell us about it, how they saw  it and used it, how they think it has changed etc and basically any memories at all relating to the Basin!  Everyone's memories are unique and worth preserving and oral histories are a really informal, individualised way to do that.
