Hi,
The Lantern parade is taking place on Friday evening (28th Nov) from Nimbus Antiques, down Old road and the incline to the canal basin. Father Xmas will then be arriving by boat to the Canal Basin. Stewards are needed to help escort everyone safely along the route. If you are able to help from around 5pm or later, that would be great.
If you would like to help, then please come to a meeting at Footsteps tonight at 8.30pm. It wont take long.

The lantern parade was a tremendous success and the lights and lanterns on the incline were amazing. Well done and thank you to everyone involved in organising and stewarding this wonderful event.
