Anyone else notice a big increase in the water pressure overnight?

Hi Rockbanker,
Men were digging up the road on Chapel Road last night with a Jack Hammer during the early hours of the morning, the were still at it at 2am.
I think they had caused the incident in the first place trying to get water from the main with the use of a stand-pipe. There was nothing wrong with it before they messed with it and afterwards
water was pouring down the road. There is now a big hole yet to be filled in!!
