At the Town council meeting this evening, the police passed on a message to watch out for 'Safeseal' leaflets being dropped through your door. None of the contact information on these particular brochures checks out properly , and there are reports of people parting with money at the door which they never see again. Leaflets are apparently being dropped in Chapel and Whaley Bridge.
They offer windows,doors,conservatories, upvc  fascias,soffits,guttering, roofing, and roof coating.

The message from the police tonight  was - watch out -Beware - dont part with your money and let the police know on 101  if  you come across those delivering these leaflets.

Please pass this on to any  potentially vulnerable neighbours or friends.
