can anyone help,99508 pte a goodwin liverpool regiment 6 batt. killed 1918 and is on our war memorial in the park.....promised the late tony goodwin i would find out what i could.so far i know he was from horwichend signed up at matlock....war grave comission gives date of death...the goodwin family know nothing of this relative

I FOUND HIS MEDALS IN AN ANTIQUE MARKET IN BELGIUM,NOT KNOWING WHAT I HAD,BROUGHT THEM BACK HOME .WHEN I FOUND HE WAS ON THE MEMORIAL IN WHALEY I WAS ASTONISHED..WHICH LED ME TO TONY GOODWIN OF COURSE..THANKS FOR ALL THE EFFORT SO FAR..I ALWAYS LOOK AT THE WAR GRAVE COMISSION SITE WHEN I PURCHASE MEDALS.I WILL GET HOLD OF HIS MIC {MEDAL INDEX CARD}.THE GOODWINS HAVE LOST SOME KEY FAMILY MEMBERS WHO PROBERLY KNEW SOMETHING OF ARCHIBALD.I NOW HAVE A PHOTO OF HIM ...WILL POST ALL THE FINDINGS AND PICTURES,MEDALS ETC
