To answer some questions that have been raised about the *Banned* user rank. 

We have unfortunately had to remove a number of users from the forum as it appears that one person has had multiple logins. 

Whilst we have turned a blind eye to this until now,  for the sake of the sanity of the forum we simply cannot tolerate this anymore.
