There is a young female black cat mewing around Cotton Close and Chapel Road. The cat has been recently neutered, but we cannot feel a chip implant. Cat is precocious and will approach strangers. It doesn't belong to any Cotton Close residents.

We have called the RSPCA, who are typically not interested. The local vets are emergencies only this weekend, so we can't get it scanned for a chip.
