Can anybody recommend a firewood supplier that delivers to Whaley Bridge, please? Also, how much should I expect to pay for half  a ton, or 1 ton of seasoned hardwood logs or kiln dried logs? We have recently had a multi-fuel stove installed in time for this winter and want to stock up soon but, I need some idea of what is an average price as the fitters warned me that there are a lot of people who either overprice their logs, or sell logs that aren't as low moisture as they claim to be.

Hi,

Stanways sell kiln dried logs. Not sure on price this year. Call in and ask them.

Hi jen09K

The best person in Whaley for logs is Kori's dad. His name is Michael beard and can be contacted on 01663 733578. He's a really nice man and if he hasn't got any logs in he will tell you where the best place to get them is.
