Could someone explain why the pavement has a stencilled message sprayed on it relating to dogs fouling starting from past Wildes butchers on Old Road & if the same stencils continue further up the road?

I can't explain it.   The stencils don't continue up Old Road but the fouling does.
The optimist believes that Whaley Bridge is the best place in the world to live. The pessimist fears he might be correct.
