Significant work in evidence at the old Bridgefords office - anyone have any ideas what the shop/office is going to re-open as?

I've heard Klas Fashion is moving to Bridgefords old office and High Peak Foot Clinic is moving to where Klas is now and 1 Bridge Street is to become a hairdressers.
