Hi, my name is Sally, I have an elderly aunt who has moved to Whaley Bridge.
She is 80 years`old and needs to socialise.
Are there any clubs?
She is mobile and can get about ok, but needs friends.
Many thanks
Sally x

First port of call should probably be 'Footsteps' on Market Street - An excellent community cafe & drop-in centre for all. Look also on the 'organisations' section on the main page of the website. Edited by user 22 September 2009 16:30:16(UTC)

..and there is Whaley Club, with Bingo nights, bowls, dancing, and music for an elderly audience. They also bring in a younger audience too with poker nigts, pool , snooker etc.
Cheers
