Dear All,
As I started the Toddbrook Reservoir topic with what I thought were quite interesting photos, I get emails telling me when someone adds to the post.
I like receiving the emails because I think out there somewhere there is someone who is interested in the original topic.
What I don't enjoy is getting emails under the Toddbrook Reservoir topic heading which is in the Local History forum about Furness Vale Chip Shop.
People keep asking if there are people contributing to the forum who are connected with the chip shop.
No one cares about the Chip Shop. I for one am not interested.
This is now a topic started just for you so please stop ruining other peoples posts.

p.s. Just as I am typing this I have received an email to say there is an additional post under Toddbrook Reservoir.

You have a fair point Radar.
I have noticed how quickly a thread can go off topic under other headings and I apologise for my involvement in taking your posting away from your original subject.
Perhaps High Peak Harry  , could answer the simple question put to him in post #63 in the “Toddbrook Reservoir” thread under this topic heading.

Just to keep the thread on track-I've been to the aforementioned Chippy twice recently and the chips are now poor and I won't be returning. Perhaps a chance for our two chippies to regain some lost business?
Six of us ate here http://www.fuscowhitby.com/index_RF_01.html two weeks ago and is the place that sets the standard
