Location: Whaley Bridge at heart

I know this is a Whaley Bridge website but please bear with me,  the Buxton Advertiser this week has announced the NMLHS website has 5,000 photographs on. Some are of Whaley and Buxworth. It is available on www.newmillshistory.org.uk      well worth a look and very easy to use.

Go into   Picture New Mills      then      search  the images.

Thank you very much for this link.There are several photographs of my grandmother as a little girl circa 1910 on the site so am very impressed.
