Does anyone know what happened to the remains of a wooden Peak Forest Tramway waggon that was displayed on the upper floor of the Canal Transhipment Shed in the late 1970s / early 1980s? I mentioned this waggon to a slightly disbelieving member of the IWPS back at the Transhipment Shed Open Day a couple of years back, and later on followed it up with an email. He told me that several other people had mentioned it at the Open Day, so there had clearly been a waggon there, and perhaps reassuringly, that I wasn't as deluded as he first thought.

This would be a really rare survivior (there is a single iron example in the National Tramway Museum), so it would be great if its current whereabouts could be asertained, assuming of course that it wasn't destroyed when the shop it was in closed. So far all enquiries have drawn a blank. Lots of people remember seeing it, but no-one seems to know what happened to it.
