Hi
I do not live in Whaley, but both my parents were born and bred there, and were well known (particularly in my Dad's case) in the 30's/40's. I have come across a number of photographs which could probably date between 1920 - 1935 and which I know nothing about. I would like to contact the local newspaper to see if anyone knows the "who's" and "where's" on them. So, can anyone give an appropriate link for the local newspaper - I have tried the High Peak Reporter, which I remember to be one of the local newspapers, but couldn't find a web address for it. Any ideas?
