Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Member Joined: 20/03/2009(UTC) Posts: 478 Thanks: 4 times Was thanked: 4 time(s) in 2 post(s)		The sign that is now at the junction of Whaley Lane and Market Street was, up until a day or so ago, at the junction of Whaley Lane and Hockerley Lane, and on the Derbyshire CC website it states that Whaley Lane will be closed from that point (Hockerley Lane) for the two weeks, so now I am completely confused. Surely they are not closing the whole road up to the border for two whole weeks!!!! I shall not be a happy bunny if they do. Edited by user 18 July 2013 19:40:57(UTC)  | Reason: Not specified

"the closure in February was for patching works which had to be carried out in preparation for the surface dressing works which is being carried out now as it is a weather dependant job and cannot be carried out during the winter months. "

Be prepared for your cars to be covered in tar:(
